TERMS OF SERVICE

AIW Workstation™ — Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Welcome to AIW Workstation. By using our site, training programs, or cohort services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided
We offer:
  • Core AI Training
  • Genesis Cohort
  • Certification programs
  • Corporate and federal AI training
  • Knowledge base and workflow consulting
We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time.

2. Payment & Billing
  • All payments are processed securely through our provider.
  • Core AI Training ($498) is non-refundable.
  • Genesis Cohort tuition follows the refund policy outlined in your onboarding contract.
  • The $497 Core credit is applied when a participant enrolls in the Cohort.
Credits are non-cash and non-refundable.

3. License to Use Materials
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use:
  • Templates
  • Prompts
  • Training materials
  • Workflow models
  • Knowledge base structures
These may be used within your organization but may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Ownership of Deliverables
You own:
  • Workflows you build
  • Knowledge bases you upload
  • Internal tools produced during training
AIW Workstation owns:
  • Course curriculum
  • Training IP
  • Logos and trademarks
  • Proprietary worksheets
  • Program structure
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
  • Use our content to build a competing course
  • Misrepresent certification or credentials
  • Share login credentials outside your organization
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
  • Protect sensitive information
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials
  • Not disclose shared datasets without written permission
7. Disclaimer
We deliver training, tools, and implementation support, but:
  • Results may vary depending on your organization’s participation
  • You are responsible for operational decisions
  • AI outputs must be reviewed by human oversight (HITL/HOTL principles)
8. Limitation of Liability
AIW Workstation is not liable for:
  • Loss of revenue
  • Downtime
  • Data errors from client uploads
  • Misuse of workflows
  • Third-party tool failures
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your program.

9. Termination
We may suspend access for:
  • Policy violations
  • Non-payment
  • Security threats
You may terminate your participation at any time; tuition is subject to the refund terms in your agreement.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
